1ARE CONTRACTS REQUIRED BY YOU?

Yes. Typical service agreements last for a year.

2DOES THE CONTRACT HAVE A MINIMUM AMOUNT?

Yes. Contracts for service and support begin at $1,000 per month.

3DO YOU MARKET HARDWARE AND OUTFITS?

Yes. Computers and equipment are purchased directly from us by customers who have active service contracts. The recommendations for devices and other equipment are listed in your strategic technology plan.

4CAN I PURCHASE HARDWARE AND EQUIPMENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE?

No, but for installing equipment that you have purchased from us, we do offer preferential labour prices. Other people's hardware frequently doesn't include a license for an operating system that is compatible with your other software, isn't commercial grade equipment, or comes pre-installed with extraneous applications.  Also, we are unable to cover warranty repairs and replacement parts for equipment acquired from other vendors within your service contract.
